ENCON experience and capabilities involve “fast track” cleanup methods for real estate transaction purposes allowing for beneficial use of impaired properties that are economically workable and acceptable to the State and Federal regulatory agencies.
ENCON has been very successful with these type of complex industrial properties in the cities of Santa Fe Springs, City of Industry, City of Vernon, City of Los Angeles, Sherman Oaks, City of Commerce, Rancho Cucamonga, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Juan Capistrano whereby the impaired or abandoned properties have been remediated, sold and/or redeveloped after remaining idle for many years because of complex environmental conditions of the property.

ENCON can offer full range of environmental consulting and field services to assist the property owner, purchaser or lender to qualify for the innocent landowner defense or State regulatory compliance by providing reliable, early information on the environmental condition of the property and the need for additional investigations and/or cleanup.
The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is performed in accordance with the ASTM 1527 standards for real estate and financial institution lending purposes.

Underground Storage Tank California Cleanup Fund Cleanup Your Property and Receive Financial Compensation from the State
For properties contaminated by the present use or former use of underground gasoline storage tanks and dispensing equipment that has adversely affected the soil and/or groundwater beneath the station property, this site is most likely eligible for the State UST Cleanup Fund up to $1,500,000.
