Overview
Start your CRE career with a hands-on apprenticeship. You’ll shadow senior producers, learn canvassing and underwriting, support active listings and tours, and build your own pipeline with real mentorship and tools.
What You’ll Do
Research owners, tenants, and comps; build target lists and canvassing routes.
Support the creation of BOVs/OMs, tour books, and marketing campaigns.
Join property tours, take notes, and manage follow-ups in CRM.
Assist with LOI drafting, scheduling, and due diligence coordination.
Develop a personal business plan and weekly activity goals.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus (not required).
No prior CRE experience required—internships, sales, or analytics work are a plus.
Comfortable networking with lead groups, Chambers, Rotary, and CRE associations (NAIOP/SIOR/ICSC).
Coachable, punctual, organized; reliable transportation required.
Strong writing, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation skills; eager to learn CRM.
Compensation & Path
Base + incentives or draw (role-dependent), marketing and research support, formal training modules, and a clear path to full producer with competitive splits.
