Overview
Encon Commercial is growing in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a driven broker who knows how to originate, advise, and close across LA’s most active submarkets. You’ll plug into senior mentorship, real-time market intel, and a lean platform that lets producers produce.
Core Responsibilities
Source, pitch, and execute sale/lease assignments for industrial, office, retail, and land.
Underwrite deals, prepare BOVs/OMs, run tours, and negotiate LOIs, leases, and PSAs.
Build/maintain a pipeline through canvassing, calls, events, and referral networks.
Coordinate due diligence, vendors, and timelines from listing to close.
Maintain accurate CRM, comp, and pipeline reporting.
Target Submarkets (LA)
South Bay (Carson, Torrance, Gardena), Ports/Long Beach corridor, Vernon/Commerce, City of Industry & SGV, Downtown LA, Pasadena/Glendale, Westside & El Segundo, Long Beach.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum); MBA preferred.
Experience: 2+ years as a commercial broker or closely related role.
Established relationships with lead groups, Chambers of Commerce, Rotary, and CRE associations (e.g., NAIOP, SIOR, ICSC).
Proven track record of listings, tours, and closed transactions.
Punctual, detail-oriented; reliable transportation required.
Strong comps knowledge, underwriting, and negotiation skills; CRM proficiency.
Compensation & Support
Competitive splits with upside, marketing/design support, comp data, lead flow, research, and senior deal support.
